Whistle blowing policy on security issues to keep the administration informed

Recurring security seminars, shared and separate for project manager and workforce

Monthly CPIs are developed to improve security performance

Quality & Safety Dept. equips staff with all PPE in accordance with European and international standards (EN ISO 13688, EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 13287)

SOY FAI & Risk Assessments are compiled for each project / contract

In addition, a Safety Officer is provided by a certified operator until the end of the work and a Doctor of Labor for all company personnel.

AGT Constructions won the international open competition for the full aesthetic & functional upgrading of W.C. complex of the International Airport of Athens.

New Study & Design service by AGT Facility Management

Efficiency in the Workplace AGT combined the inauguration of its new offices in Thessaloniki, with the implementation of the 1st Workplace concept, which is the result of a systematic research and study of the new department, Studies & Design, aiming at fostering collaboration and teamwork, while at the same time privacy. New offices were designed based on AGT’s extensive experience in Operation Management and Human Operational Behavior.

With an open space approach, spaces have been created so that Executives of different Specialties can work together when there is a need for team effort but at the same time they can also have their privacy – something that concerns the Greek mentality. Studies have shown that this way of layout creates conditions for increasing productivity and ultimately for efficiency at work.

  • Group turnover: increase of 120%. The forecast for 2017 is that the turnover of the group will outweigh the data so far.
  • Staff increase: 40%. More than 100 people are employed.
  • Clientele expansion: The proportion attributable to the turnover of new entrants is 35%.

Operations Services and Facility Management represent 45% of total turnover. Growth in new markets Cyprus (establishment of a company in Cyprus), Turkey France and already preparing to operate in Italy. A large construction project is also claimed in Spain for the first half of 2018, while the objectives for the second half of 2018 are to be active in the Bulgarian and Romanian markets focusing on Facility Management services.

Award for AGT to Tourism Awards 2017

The company was chosen among a number of other companies for our offer at facility management at a major Hotel Complex in Athens  through our innovative AGT Hospitality Support service.

With the presence of 24/7 on-site staff and on-the-spot mobility (cmms coswin), AGT Hospitality Support is a customized service that primarily supports large hotel facilities and includes a number of tasks such as room inspection, maintenance and technical support resulting in upgrading quality, giving goodwill to the customer and generally the tourist product of Greece.
