We are pleased to announce that our company has recently signed a contract with Chios Marina S.A., a member of the Tefas Group, for the construction of the new Chios Marina – a landmark tourism infrastructure project that will significantly enhance the island’s and the region’s development potential.
The project involves the Landside Infrastructure Works for the Development and Upgrade of the Chios Marina, on a plot of 35,000 sq.m., featuring a total built-up area of 5,000 sq.m., distributed across 14 buildings. Scope of works includes:
- extensive civil and electromechanical works,
- roadworks and large-scale landscaping of the surrounding area,
- installation of advanced equipment and automation systems.
The buildings will house shops, restaurants, and various commercial venues, aiming to create a modern, functional environment for leisure, visitor services, and yacht accommodation.
